Steering and Thruster Control System ST5000 (Steering and Thruster Control System) is a new universal integrated control system for hydraulic steering, thrusters and propeller complex, implemented on a digital basis and replacing the previous control system, well known to domestic designers and shipbuilders.
The advantages of ST5000 are network architecture, versatility and availability of interfaces for connecting various automated ship control systems; it is also possible to output data to the flight data recorder (the so-called “black box”).
The ST5000 is highly integrated with Jastram’s electro-hydraulic steering gears, which are exclusively supplied by our company.

Panel ACP-I
The ACP-I represents a completely new approach to displaying information for “lower level” control systems and is the most compact and functional among such devices.
The APS system, based on the principle of priority display of emergency and informational messages, made it possible to accommodate more than 20 possible messages for each system in a limited area of the screen, thereby making the panel universal and reducing its size to a minimum.
The start/stop system combines two operating principles: electromechanical and logical. This is done to improve reliability by using additional electromechanical control contacts, along with a digital CAN bus. The system for displaying additional information includes information about the specified and worked out position of the rudder, which will make it possible to get rid of additional electromechanical indicators on the bridge. This, in turn, reduces the size of the console and makes the system more accessible.
