«NAVIS» is a manufacturer of ship control systems and ship navigation equipment.
 
We strive to ensure that our products fully meet the requirements of consumers in terms of safety, reliability, functionality and ease of use.
 
To do this, we define a quality policy that includes the following areas:
 
Constant understanding that the quality of the company’s products and services affects the lives of people and the safety of property.
Orientation towards compliance with all applicable requirements, including the requirements and expectations of any interested parties, as well as the requirements of international standards and other regulatory documents.
Application of modern technologies for the development and production of software and equipment.
Continuous improvement of the quality management system and increase of production efficiency.
 
We take responsibility for implementing this policy and ensuring that it is understood and supported by the entire team.
 
In the context of the implementation of the quality policy, we set ourselves the following quality goals and constantly strive to achieve them:
 
Satisfaction of expectations: maximum satisfaction of the expectations of the consumer and all stakeholders involved in the company’s activities. Minimize defectiveness and inconvenience in the use of products and services. Minimization of process errors.
Compliance: production and maintenance of products in accordance with all necessary requirements.
Technologies and materials: use of efficient technologies, high-quality materials and components.
Personnel: qualified, knowledgeable personnel motivated to improve the quality of products and services.
 
We perform periodic assessment of the degree of achievement of the set goals based on the calculation of indicators in accordance with the methods established by the internal standards of the enterprise. We set targets for indicators and take the necessary actions to achieve them.
